• Response Times: CARE makes reasonable efforts to review online form requests in a timely manner. However, the CARE Site and online forms are not monitored 24/7 and must never be used for medical emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.
• Information Sharing: CARE reserves the right to maintain, store, or delete communications and materials submitted through our website forms pursuant to our internal record retention and destruction policies, subject to applicable Colorado law.
